Welcome! I am Carl Taylor, and I do my best to write entertaining fiction. I am particularly enamored with writing and reading short stories. I am a New Jersey based writer and my short fiction has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize (2020). For over ten years I worked as a divorce lawyer, but I’ve set that aside to pursue creative endeavors in the apocalypse.
When not busy with my family, I spend my time writing and reading, or:
- Submitting my stories. (Sometimes they are accepted, but more often they are rejected.)
- Contemplating Sisyphus and that endless boulder.
- Playing European-style board games.
- Watching classic movies.
